Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and market4ch LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, for your use of the Ringtell iPhone app and ringtell.app (together, “Ringtell”). By using Ringtell you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to use Ringtell. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account, including changes made by AI apps you connect.

Connecting AI apps

When you connect an AI app, you allow it to create, view, change and delete your alarms until you disconnect it. AI apps can misunderstand requests: check the alarms your AI sets, and review the Activity tab in the app. AI apps are provided by their own makers under their own terms.

Subscriptions

Ringtell Free includes unlimited alarms you set yourself and a limited number of alarms set by AI. Ringtell Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Your alarms keep ringing even if you cancel.

Alarms are best effort

We work hard to make every alarm ring, but alarms depend on your device, its settings, battery, operating system and network. Don’t rely on Ringtell as your only alarm for medical, safety-critical or other situations where a missed alarm could cause harm.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Ringtell: no attempts to access other people’s accounts, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.

Disclaimers and liability

Ringtell is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, market4ch LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed alarms, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Ringtell in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using Ringtell and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
