Privacy Policy

Ringtell is made by market4ch LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Ringtell iPhone app and ringtell.app, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and name from the sign-in you choose (Apple, Google or email).
• Your alarms: times, labels, repeat days, time zone, sound and snooze settings, and whether each is on.
• Activity: a history of alarms created, changed or deleted, and by whom (you or a connected AI).
• Connected AIs: which AI apps you connected, when, and when they last made a change.
• Devices: your device’s name, type and a notification token, so your alarms reach your iPhone.
• Waitlist: your email address, if you join the launch waitlist.

We don’t collect your location, contacts, or the content of your conversations with AI apps.

How we use it

• To schedule and ring your alarms and keep them in sync across your devices.
• To let AI apps you connect create and manage your alarms, only after you approve them.
• To show you what your AI changed, and to provide support.
• To email you about launch, if you joined the waitlist.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t show ads.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of providers to run Ringtell, only for that purpose:

• Clerk for sign-in and accounts.
• Convex to store your alarms and run Ringtell’s backend.
• Vercel to host ringtell.app.
• Apple for the App Store, subscriptions and notifications.

AI apps you connect (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) can see and change your alarms while connected. What they do with that information is covered by their own privacy policies. You can disconnect an AI at any time in the Ringtell app (Settings → Connected AIs).

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your alarms, activity, connected AIs and devices, and disconnect every AI right away.

Your choices

• Delete your account any time in the app: Settings → Delete account.
• Disconnect any AI in the app: Settings → Connected AIs.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, or for corrections, at support@ringtell.app.

International users

Ringtell is run from the United States, and your data may be processed there. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data. Contact us to use them.

Children

Ringtell isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes and contact
